Terms and Conditions + Refund Policy of Dry Bar Hire
Booking and Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required to secure your reservation.
Full payment is due 14 days prior to the event date.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date will receive a 25% refund of the total booking fee, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made 21 days or more before the event date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking fee, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to Botanical Grazing Co.
Event Details:
The standard package includes 4 hours of dry bar hire, no supply of alcohol, 3 basic cocktails, and one bar person.
Additional hours beyond the standard package may be arranged at an additional cost.
Bar Setup:
The client is responsible for providing suitable space for the dry bar van and ensuring adequate access and parking.
Additional Services:
A second bar person can be included for an extra fee, as specified in the booking agreement.
Additional cocktails or customisation of cocktail offerings can be discussed and arranged for an additional charge.
Liability:
Botanical Grazing Co. is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by guests during the event.
In case of events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters), Botanical Grazing Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. In such cases, a full refund of any payments made will be provided.
Health and Safety:
Botanical Grazing Co. reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.
Insurance:
Botanical Grazing Co. carries liability insurance, but it is recommended that clients obtain event insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents.
Changes to Terms:
Botanical Grazing Co. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
