Terms of Service + Cancellation & Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions + Refund Policy of Mobile Grazing Van Hire

Booking and Payment:

A minimum charge of $1000 is required to secure your booking, covering 40 individual grazing boxes priced at $25 each.

Additional grazing boxes beyond the initial 40 can be added upon request, with details and pricing provided in the quote.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.

Booking date and time is not secured until deposit has been received.

Full payment is due 14 days prior to the event date.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 21 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable 50% Deposit.

Cancellations made within 20 days of the event date are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing to Botanical Grazing Co.

Individual Grazing Box Details:

All cheese, meat, and produce for the grazing boxes will be supplied by Botanical Grazing Co.

Each grazing box includes options chosen by patrons from the following categories: cheeses, meats, berries, honey, quince paste, fruit, and a sweet such as chocolate.

Options within each category may vary and are subject to availability. Equivalent substitutes will be provided if necessary.

Any special requests by the client will be required to be in writing at time of booking and will be reflected in the invoice.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:

Patrons with allergies or dietary restrictions, including but not limited to nuts, sesame, and gluten intolerance (coeliac), should be aware that the grazing boxes may contain allergens. It is the patron's responsibility to inform their guests accordingly.

Health and Safety:

The van will be operated in compliance with food safety standards and regulations.

Patrons are responsible for ensuring suitable conditions for the placement of the van and access to necessary utilities.

Liability:

Botanical Grazing Co. is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the event arising from the use of the grazing boxes or services provided.

Fees:

Botanical Grazing Co. requires clients to be responsible for obtaining any necessary council permits and covering associated parking fees related to the hire of our mobile grazing van.

In the event that these expenses are not anticipated and paid upfront, Botanical Grazing Co. reserves the right to invoice the client post-event. Full payment for such invoices must be settled within 5 business days from the date of issuance

Changes to Terms:

Botanical Grazing Co. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
